Dear Andrew and Meira,

Thank you so much for everything you have done for London Business School. You transformed the institution and touched many lives along the way. The years spent working with you were a unique and incredibly special chapter in my professional life that I will continue to remember fondly. I wish you the very best for your next adventure.
Very best wishes, Sabine

Andrew, it’s been a pleasure. We’ve known each other a long time but working closely together, as we did for the best part of five years, was a tremendously positive experience. You have been a fantastic Dean, we’ve been very lucky to have you and you richly deserve all the plaudits that will come your way. All the very best, Stephen

Being the Dean isn't easy! But we have seen a master at work - who throughout always retained his charm, accessibility, professionalism and sheer enthusiasm. I shall miss our occasional updates as I passed your office door - but it's good to know you will still be around the School in future. All the very best to you and Meira, Rob Goffee

Dear Andrew
Thank you so much for everything you have done for us whilst you have been Dean. It's been really lovely working so closely with you - particularly during my time in Exec Ed. I'm glad we managed to introduce you to a pub you hadn't been to before near the School (during my leaving do) and I hope you have been back to the Sir John Balcome since then!

Dear Andrew,

On my first day at LBS, you told an anxious crowd of incoming students with a knowing smile that some of those strangers in the room would become our best friends, spouses, godmothers and godfathers of our children. I will never forget the elegance with which you put an anxious crowd at ease; and I will never forget those words and how true they turned out to be. LBS has given me and many others more than we ever thought possible, personally and professionally. And it was your leadership that helped create the environment which enabled one of the best experiences of our lives. I'd like to thank you for that Andrew, and I hope you preserve your eloquence, your uncanny ability to delight your audience, and your contagious smile.

Best wishes

Dear Andrew

It's been so wonderful to work with you. I have such happy memories of " gatecrashing" events at WEF. I wish you every success in your next great adventure and I look forward to reading your finished research on judgement !

Warmest wishes, Linda

Dear Sir Andrew,

Dear Professor Sir Andrew,

I have almost forgotten about LBS then you came along and grabbed the bull by the horns and shook up the School. Everything else, as they say, is history. This is true transformation, and should be a new subject for you to teach. If it materializes please give me a shout and I will be just too happy to sign up. Till then, Stay Healthy and Safe.
Cheers. Charles

ps we met in 2012, and although I was not your student, was already fully inspired by your achievements.

Although our interaction was very brief, I was delighted how fun and welcoming LBS's dean was. Your contribution to LBS has been detrimental for the school's success.
Thank you
